My knees used to feel stiff after sitting for a while. I started using the cream on them morning and night, and now my daily walks feel much more comfortable.
I bought this for my mum because her knees and ankles often feel uncomfortable by evening. She massages a small amount in before bed and says the soothing feeling has become part of her routine.
I work standing most of the day, so my legs and joints can feel tired by the time I get home. The cream absorbs quickly, doesn't feel greasy, and is easy to massage into the areas that need it.
Dad was the one who said he didn't need another product. A few weeks later he was reminding me when the tube was getting low. He mainly uses it around his knees after gardening.
I wanted something simple for the days my muscles feel worked after training. A small massage with this cream feels soothing, and I like that it sinks in without leaving my skin oily.
I first got it for my mum, but now I use it too after busy days. The texture is light, the herbal formula feels pleasant, and one tube has become a shared item in our house.
I spend a lot of time in the garden and my knees can feel uncomfortable afterwards. I massage the cream in when I'm done and again before bed. It has been a useful addition to my routine.
Most creams I tried felt too heavy for daytime. This one absorbs fast enough that I can apply it before leaving home. I mainly use it on my shoulder and around my knee when they feel overworked.
My husband uses it after long drives because his back and knees can feel stiff. I ended up keeping a second tube for myself. We both like the non-greasy feel and how easy it is to massage in.
Dad applies a little to his knees after his shower and massages it in gently. He likes that the cream doesn't sit heavily on the skin, and he's been consistent with it for several weeks.
After badminton my calves and shoulders can feel tired. I use a small amount and massage it in for a minute or two. It feels soothing and doesn't leave that greasy layer I dislike with other creams.
Mum prefers herbal products, so the Cissus, Nika, turmeric, ginger, Triphala and eucalyptus formula caught our attention. She now keeps it nearby for the days her joints need a little extra care.
